Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey or Chicken1 or 2 Strips Mezzetta Roasted Bell Peppers (Chopped)1 medium Yellow onion (Chopped)Chef Meg's Taco Seasoning (I add one teaspoon of garlic powder)1/4 Low Sodium Chicken Stock
Directions
Brown ground meat lightly as it begins to brown add seasoning. Once browned add in chopped onion and roasted peppers. Pour in chicken stock and mix everything together. Let all ingredients cook through!

Serve in Tacos or over Taco Salad!
