Canuickistani Eh-hole bars

Ingredients
DRY STUFF120g whey protein powder120g soy protein isolate powder120g casein isolate powder100g flaked instant oats100g oat bran60g Fiber one cereal - kinda crush it up1pk Instant pudding sugar free, fat free120g dried fruit - whatever you wantWET STUFF160g Peanut butter2t vanilla extract80g molassesskim milk - enough to bring together
Directions
Mix all dry stuff in stand mixer with paddle attachment until incorporated. Add craisins until coated in mix. add peanut butter, vanilla and molasses. mix until crumbly. add just enough milk until it comes together. should be quite dry and crumbly but will for a ball in your hand. Make them into 16 balls or press them flat and cut them into bars. Most Canadians have no problems eating the balls as we all know.

Warning - Every time these are made vegan a puppy dies.
