White Bean and Turkey Chili

2 pounds dry white beans, soaked over night4 cups turkey brothwater2.5 pounds turkey breast, cut into small pieces2 onions, chopped4 cloves garlic, chopped1 tablespoon ground cumin
Soak beans in water over night.
Put beans, turkey broth, turkey breast that has been cut into small pieces, chopped onion, garlic, and cumin into a large crock-pot.
Add enough water so that beans are covered by at least an inch of water.
Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours until beans and meat are done.
My husband adds chilies to his to spice his up but I'm allergic to peppers so we leave them out when cooking the family batch.
