Turkey Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
3 lb Ground turkey lean4 onions2 lb carrots4 cups low sodium beef brothspices as you see fit (i used cayenne, garlic, and salt)
Directions
put it all in a pot, brown the turkey, turn down to low heat, add all other ingredients and simmer for 3 hours.
