Kellie's Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
1 box lasagna noodles1 package frozen chopped spinach1 egg1 small container ricotta cheese3 C mozzarella cheese1/2 C shredded parmesean cheesepinch garlic saltpinch black pepper3 cans or jars spaghetti sauce
Directions
Thaw frozen spinach and drain in a strainer. Boil water and cook lasagna noodles according to insturctions on package. Mix drained spinach, egg, ricotta cheese, 2 Cups mozzarella, parmesean cheese, garlic salt and black pepper. Cover bottom of a baking pan with about 2 cups of sauce. Take one cooked noodle and lay it flat. Spread egg and cheese mixture over noodle and then roll up. Place roll in baking dish with seam side down. Continue rolling until all noodles and cheesemixture used. Cover rolls with sauce and reserved mozzarella cheese. Backt at 350 for about 45 minutes.
