Ingredients
*Trader Joe's Organic Free Range Chicken Broth - Low Sodium, 4 cup (remove)*Trader Joe's Turkey Broth, 4 serving (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Onions, raw, .5 large (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
pour broth in pot. bring to a boil. cook chicken breast in broth for 6 minutes. remove. strain broth. add carrots, broccoli, onion and celery. cook 10 minutes. shred chicken. set aside. chop spinach. add spinach and chicken. cook 5 more minutes. season with salt and pepper.
