Ingredients
Ingredients:*Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb (remove)*hamburg 93% lean 4 oz, 4 serving (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, pieces or slices (remove)*zuccini, 1 serving (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 4 cloves (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Cellery, Raw -1 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long) (64g), 2 serving (remove)*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), .25 cup (remove)Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup (remove)Blue Cheese, 2 oz (remove)
Directions
rough chop all ingrediants. mix every thing together except bread crumbs until the veggies are all blended with meat, then ad crumbs and mix again.

pre heat oven to 385 F with black cast iron skillet (10 in) inside oven. when oven and skillet are hot, put mixture into skillet and bake for 1 hour.
