Italian Pita Tostados

Ingredients
1/2 whole wheat pita3 ounces cooked chicken1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce1 ounce of cooking onion chopped2 small garlic cloves minced1/4 cucumber diced8 or 10 grape tomatoes halved2 tbsps sun dried tomato and oregano low fat dressing1 tbsp grated parmesan cheeseBake pita in oven for 4 minutes. Place pita on dinner plate and add chicken to pita. In separate bowl combine lettuce, onion, garlic, cucumber, tomatoes, dressing. Toss well then spread over chicken. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!
