Low Carb Pizza (cauliflower crust)

Ingredients
1 c Steamed Cauliflower1 egg2 c Shredded Mozzarella divided in half (use low fat for healthier option)1/4 c. crushed tomatoItallian Seasoning to tasteS&P to taste
Directions
Steam cauliflower
Combine cauliflower, 1c mozzarella, and egg in blender until sticky
roll out on a greased pizza pan or for best results place on parchment paper
bake at 450 for 12-15. Remove
Combine Seasoning with tomatoes
Smear desired amount of sauce on crust and sprinkle on remainder of cheese
Broil on high heat until cheese is melted
