Sirloin Strip Stroganoff and Brown Rice

Ingredients
.75 lbs. thinly sliced sirloin2 T. Olive oil1/2 onion sliced1 cup mushrooms sliced (I used portabellos)2 T soy sauce1/4 cup light or fat free sour cream1 can 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom SoupCooked Brown Rice
Directions
Cut sirloin into strips - about 1 1/2 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. Slice onions and cut up mushrooms. Put olive oil in pan and cook onions until tender. Add mushrooms and meat. Cook about 3-4 minutes. Add soy sauce, soup and sour cream. Stir and heat throughout. Serve on top of brown rice. Salt and pepper to taste.
