Cucumber & Tomato Salad in Vegan Mayo Dressing

Ingredients
5 Mini Cucumbers with Peel, sliced1/4 Fresh Sweet Onion, thinly sliced in strips18 Grape Tomatoes, halved or quartered5 TBS. Follow your Heart Original Veganaise2 TBS.Heinz White Wine Vinegar1 TBS Italian Herbs
Directions
Mix together Veganaise, vinegar, and herbs and set aside.

Cut all the veggies and throw in a big bowl. Add dressing and salt and pepper to taste, and toss :)
