Mixed Beans with Chili & Chicken

Ingredients
* Canned Tomatoes, 4 tbsp * Beans, yellow, 75 grams (Mixed Beans prefered) * Chili powder, 0.5 tsp * Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 2 serving * *Avacado (Avacado.org)--1/5 of medium avacado=1 oz., 2 serving * Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields
Directions
Cook the Chicken dry fried then throw the rest in.
Squeeze lime juice over before serving.
Geat hot or cold.
