Sweet tater hash

Ingredients
1 cup cubed sweet potato1 cup frozen yellow corn1 yellow bell pepper diced1/2 medium onion diced1 tbsp cinnamon1 tsp salt1 tsp pepperdash jamaican jerk seasoningolive oil in misto
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Add sweet potato, corn, bell pepper and onion and mix in a bowl. Spray with light coating of olive oil (we used our Misto) add cinnamon, salt, pepper, and jamaican jerk seasoning and toss to coat. Spread evenly in 11 by 7 baking dish. Cook 25 minutes, or until sweet potatoes are tender to your liking. Makes 4 1-cup servings.
