Crockpot Turkey Chili with apples

Ingredients
1 each: Onion,carrot, celery stalk, chopped2 cups each: Apples, cored peeled and chopped Butternut squash diced4 Cloves garlic, finely chopped1 lb. ground turkey, cooked2 tbsp chili powder( I only used 1 tbsp and it was plenty for us)1 tbsp cumin1/2 tsp salt and pepper1 can (10 oz.) undiluted chicken broth1 can light coconut milk4 tbsp tomato paste1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
Directions
Combine in your crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours
