Company Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. ground meat, I use Turkey to save on fat and calories2 cans stewed tomatoes1 chopped onion1 chopped bell pepper8 oz cream cheese- use fat free or low fat2 c. (before cooked) macaroni noodles8 oz. shredded cheese, cheddar1 tbsp sugar
Directions
Cook ground meat, add onions, bell pepper, and saute for a few minutes---make sure to season your cooked beef with salt, pepper, etc. Then add 2 cans stewed tomatoes and sugar and let cook down for a few minutes. Boil noodles and drain, then place in bowl with cream cheese. It will melt. Once melted, place in bottom of baking dish. Top with meat and tomato mixture and top with cheese. Bake this until bubbly. To make it even easier I layer in my electric skillet and heat until cheese is melted.
