Ingredients
* Yukon Gold Potatoes (1 potato about 5oz), 15 oz * Oscar Mayer Smoked Turkey Sausage (2oz), 7 serving * Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
* Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
* Slice potatoes and place in skillet - fry until they are about 10 minutes from fully cooked
* Slice onion and add to skillet - fry until translucent
* Slice sausage and add to skillet - fry until potatoes and sausage are cooked through
