Ingredients
Ingredients:Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, .5 serving choppedCarrot, fresh -100g, 50 gram juliennedGreen Onion - Raw, chopped, 0.25 cup Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram), 80 gram(s) choppedSzechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce, 4 tbsp Olive Oil,4 tbsp Chow Mein Noodles Uncooked, 8 oz Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp
Directions
Prepare Vegetables
Bring 3 Qts water to boil for noodles
Place wok on med-high burner add 1 tablespoon oil
Add vegetables, cook to your liking adding 1/2 the soy sauce and the Stir fry sauce
Meanwhile add noodles to boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and drain.
Place noodles in bowl add 2 tbsp of oil and remain soy sauce, mix
Add remaining oil to fry pan on high heat add noodles, let sit to brown bottom of noodles about 3-4 minutes
Remove noodles to serving dish, add stir fry to top of noodles

    Good recipe. I used half the salt. - 3/19/13
