Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices Healthy Life low-carb bread2 slices reduced fat American Cheese singles1 Tbsp. Country Crock Light spread
Directions
Preheat flat grill or pan over medium heat. In the meantime, spread Country Crock spread on 1 side of each slice of bread.
Place 1 slice of, buttered side down, on grill pan. Layer with cheese slices, top with second piece of bread (butter side out). Toast until bottom bread is golden brown, turn over and cook until other side is golden brown.
