Ingredients:Egg, fresh, 2 large Milk, 1%, 20 mL Olive Oil, .75 tbsp *Spinach, cooked, .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated, 20 gramsOnions, raw, 1 small, chopped
Directions
Beat eggs with milk and Parmesan, season with salt & pepper
Cook onion in the oil until tender
Add the eggs and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
