Tuna Shepard's Pie

tuna water packed 2 cans16 oz mixed vegetableslow fat cream of mushroom soup 1 cancauliflower 3 cupspotato about 100 grams peeled and dicedskim milk 4 ozshredded cheddar cheese 0.5 cupMrs Dash to taste
Peel and dice potato and add to cauliflower with 1/2 c water. Microwave until done and pour off most of the water. Mash until it resembles mashed potatoes. Add Mrs Dash to taste. Put in cassrole pressing up against the sidea and bottom of he dish forming a deep well. Set aside.
Mix the tuna (well drained), soup, milk and vegetables together and heat through in microwave proof dish. When they are hot pour onto cauliflower potato mixture,coverwith chedar cheese and bake in the oven for 30minutes at 350 to meld flavors.
