Juicy Beef Meatballs with Hidden Vegetables

Peppers, sweet, red, raw, minced 1 cup Onions, raw, .33 cup, minced Celery, raw, .5 cup, minced Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, minced Egg, fresh, 1 large Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 2 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp *Dried Oregano, 2 tbsp *Dried tarragon, 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tsp Salt, .5 cup Ground beef, lean, 1lb
Mix all ingredients together except beef. Then mix in the beef by hand until very well combined. Form into ping pong size balls. Fry in a dry pan on medium high heat with the lid on, turning once for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
