Super Simple Thai Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 head of Iceburg Lettuce3.25 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breast1 - 56 oz bag of Birds Eye frozen Thai Stir-Fry Vegetables
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes and cook until browned. Rinse lettuce carefully peel leaves off one at a time. Set aside. Add entire bag of veggies to chicken. Open sauce pouches and add to chicken and veggies. Cook over medium- high heat for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve chicken and veggies with lettuce (like tacos). May also serve with light soy sauce. Enjoy!
