Pumpkin & dried fruit cookies

Ingredients
3 1/2 C Flour (1 1 White; 2.5 Wheat)1/2 C Splenda 1/2 C Brown Sugar1 C Oat Flakes 1 tsp Salt1 1/2 tsn baking soda2/3 C Butter or Baking Shortening2 C Apple or Baked Pumpkin1.5 C Dried fruit2 Eggs
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients first. Add butter. Mix. Add Pumpkin (cooked and mashed) and eggs. Mix. Add dried fruit.

Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press dough to flat the ball to 1 inch thick. Bake 20 min @ 350F.

Make 30 cookies.
