Zucchini and Salmon Fritters

Ingredients
1 zucchini2 eggs1 cup of dry quick oats1 can of wild alaskan salmonsome seasoning2 tps of canola oil
Directions
Grade zucchini and squeeze out some liquid. Mix all ingredients except oil in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan, form fritters with a big spoon and fry 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream or any other sauce that you like.
