Turkey Patties

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 12 oz Egg, fresh, 1 medium Leeks, .3 leek Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper Pepper, black, 5 dashGarlic, 3 cloves Salt, 1 dash*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Roughly chop the 1/3 leek and jalapeņo
3. Heat pan with 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil and saute the leek & jalapeņo.
4. Throw the sauted yummies into a food processor with your turkey, garlic, raw egg, salt, and pepper- pulse until mixed well.
5. Make 6 palm-sized patties on your pan and bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
