honey mustard turkey tenderloin

Ingredients
3 turkey tenderloins1/4c chicken stock1/4c skim milk2tsp flour2tsp dijon mustard2Tbsp honey1Tbsp fresh chives
Directions
1) rinse turkery; pat dry season with salt/pepper
2) spray large skillet with nonstick spray. preheat pan at med heat. add turkey tenderloin. cook 8-10 min and no longer pink turning once. remove from skillet; keep warm.
3) meanwhile, stir together chicken stock, skim milk, flour, honey, chives
4) add broth mixture to skillet. cook and stir till thickend and bubbly. add dijon heat through. serve over turkey
