Ingredients
Cream of Mushroom Soup, (We use the family size can)roundys hashbrowns, 1 serving Peas, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Tater Tots (9) pieces, 6 serving Milk, nonfat, .25 cup onion
Directions
Brown hamburger and drain. Add cream of mushroom soup and microwave the peas and corn. Chop onion into smaller pieces. Add peas and corn, along with Roundy's hashbrowns, onion and milk to the meat. mix well. Put into casserole pan, and add tator tots on top.
Bake covered for 40 minutes at 375. Remove cover and bake another 20 minutes.Enjoy!
