No sugar Better Softer Sugar Cookies

2.25 cups unbleached flourCooking parchment paper.5 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder.5 teaspoon salt1.5 cups Stevia1/3 cup Stevia for rolling (reserved)2 OZ cream cheese cut into little pieces6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) light margarine1/4 cup Egg Beaters1/3 cup vegtable oil1 tablespoon milk2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
mix flour, baking soda and baking powder together set aside
Put cream cheese and Stevia in same bowl. Melt margarine and pour over Stevia and cream cheese. Whisk until almost fully mixed. Add Egg Beaters, vanilla, oil, and milk. Mix until smooth.
Add flour misture to sugar mixture. Sitr until nice cookie dough forms. Divide dough into 24 equal amounts. Roll into balls. Roll balls through reserved sugar until covered in Stevia.
Place parchment paper on rimmed cookie sheets. Place 12 dough balls on each sheet, evenly spaced. Flatten each ball until it has a radius of 2 inches. Cover top of cookies with remaining reserved Stevia.
Place 1 cookie sheet in oven for 11 -15 minutes. When finished cooking, let cookies rest on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then move to wire rack until cool. Repeat with other sheet.
