Egg Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 egg, hardboiled1 oz pastaLittle Gem lettuceCarrotCucumberChopped Black Olives
Directions
1.Boil the pasta, drain off and run under cold water for 3 or 4 minutes until completely cool
2. Peel the hardboiled egg and chop it up
3. Chop up the lettuce and cucumber to preferred size and grate carrot
4. Put in bowl and mix together, adding olives on top
5. Refrigerate for half an hour before eating
