Marie's Greek Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Red Potatoes

Ingredients
4 - boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut in half width wise)4 - slices of bacon (not cooked)4 - medium red potatoes1 bottle of Marie's Greek Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Directions
Clean and cut chicken - place chicken pieces in zip lock bag with 8 tbsp Marie's Greek Vinaigrette Salad dressing. Seal bag and coat chicken with dressing - place in refridgerator for 1 hour - toss bag every 15 mins.

Before removing chicken from fridge - pre-heat over to 375 and cut potatoes into 1/4" thick coins. Place potatoes into a ziplock bag along with the remaining dressing - close bag and shake to cover potatoes with dressing.

Remove potatoes from bage and place in a greased 9x13 backing dish. Pour leftover dressing on potatoes. Remove chicken from fridge - wrap each chicken piece with a half piece of bacon and place chicken on top of potatoes.

Cook for 30 - 45 mins until chicken is no longer pink and potatoes are not firm.
