Creamy Seafood Pasta

Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil1/4 cup diced onion1 cup sliced mushrooms1/2 cup frozen peas2 tbsp butter2 tbsp flour12 oz evaporated skim milk12oz of imitation crabmeat1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1/8 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Cook onion in olive oil until tender, add mushrooms and cook until browned. Add peas and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add butter and flour, stirring constantly until butter melts. Add 12 oz can of evap. skim milk and heat to boiling stirring constantly. Add imitation crab, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Serve over whole wheat pasta.
