Garam Masala Yogurt Potatos

Ingredients
3 Medium Red Potatos, cut in half then half again and thinly sliced so kinda little triangles. leave the skin on <33 tbsp olive oil3/4 Cup ff plain yogurtlarge pinch tumericlarge pinch garam masala powderlarge pinch ground chilifennel seeds
Directions
Heat oil and add a sprinkling of fennel seeds. When seeds brown, add potatos and stir fry to doneness.

Remove from heat, add spices and yogurt. Mix well.

I love this and serve it as a main vegetarian course.
