Sirloin in creamy burgundy sauce

Ingredients
2 lb sirloin cut into cubes6 oz can Hunts tomato paste (basil, oregano, garlic flavor)14.5 oz can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes (no salt added) Basil, Garlic and Oregano flavor.3 teaspoons crushed garlicMrs Dash seasoning as desired1/2 heavy cream3/4 cup burgundy wine (can be any red wine)1/4 cup raw onions, finely chopped1/2 cup water
Directions
Brown beef, onions and garlic. Add in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, water, carrots and seasonings and cook on low for 4 hours. Add in heavy cream toward the last 15 minutes of cook time and increase the heat to medium.

Serve immediately. Best over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
