* 12 oz. Red Potatoes, boiled, chilled, and cubed* 1/4 c. Low Fat Sour Cream* 2 Tbsp Hellman's Low fat mayonaise* 2 Scallions, chopped* 1 Red Pepper, chopped* 1 Tbsp. Capers, drained* Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix everything in a bowl. Chill until served.
