2.6 lb beef chuck roast3 cloves of garlic, minced4 large carrots, cut into large sections5 small potatoes, cut in half1 can cream of mushroom soup, low fat1 can golden mushroom souppepper, to tasteMontreal steak seasoning, 2 tsp
Spray crockpot with pam. Season roast with steak seasoning and pepper. Put veggies in crockpot, then roast. Sprinkle garlic on the top, then cover with the soups.
Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.
