Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can drained pink salmon1 small diced onion2 beaten eggs1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs2 tbs. low carb catsup
Directions
Mix all together, form into 4 equal pattien. Brush grill lightly with olive oil, heat pan place patties on grill over medium heat and cooke this lightly brown on one side them turn and lightly brown on second side. Serve hot with broccoli and brown rice or brown/wild rice.
