Arugula-Spinach Stuffed Tilapia

Ingredients
1lb Tilapia1/2c Arugula1/2c Spinach1tsp garlic salt1tsp horseradish2tsp dijon mustard Basil to taste
Directions
-Heat oven to 400. Spray baking sheet or dish with cooking spray.

-Split tilapia filets into 6 pieces. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Place arugula and spinach onto filet and roll. Place rolls with ends underneath onto baking sheet/dish.

-In small bowl combine mayo, dijon, horseradish, basil. Spoon a bit onto each tilapia roll.

-Bake 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes easily. May use remaining mixture as sauce if desired.
