Chicken Burger Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
1 pkg of Foster Farms ground chicken thawed1/2 c chopped onion ( i used both red and sweet)1-2 cloves of garlicblack and cayenne pepper to taste1 egg white2 tbsp flax mealwhisk egg and flax together. mix other ingredients together in a bowl, then mix in egg mixture.heat olive oil in non-stick pan and place formed chicken patties in pan. (I dropped then formed them, since they were a little too squishy to hand-form). when browned flip patty and brown that side. after the other side is browned I placed all patties on a rack and broiled for a couple minutes to crisp up a little, but this is not a necessary step.After done put patty on a larger romaine leaf and two slices of tomato. add condiments as you prefer, I tend to be a mustard-only girl. fold and enjoy.
Directions
brown chicken patties in non-stick pan and olive oil for about 5-7 minutes. You can broil the chicken on a rack to get a little crispier like i did, and it warms it through.

shouldn't take more than 10 minutes unless you made huge patties.
