Ingredients
1 cup flour2 eggs1/2 slim milk1/2 water1/4 teas. salt2 tbls. melted buttermix eggs milk water and salt then add the flour whisk until smooth
Directions
heat crepe pan or skillet if skillet add 1/4 batter. flip when set.. total cooking time about 2 minutes.

Crepe pan preheat dip pan into bater and cook about one minute

Serving Size: makes four crepe
