Ingredients
Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat rigatoni style pasta (dry), 8 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz McCormick Perfect Pinch Cajun Seasoning, 1 tspMcCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, .5 tspkosher salt, 0.25 tspPepper, black, 1 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepperOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 tspJalapeno, 1 dicedHunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 canTomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz) chili paste, 1 tbsp Monterrey Jack Cheese (shredded), .5 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Cook pasta as instructed on box. Brown turkey meat in dutch oven (or a pan that can go in the oven). Add seasoning to meat while browning. Add onion, jalapeno and garlic to meat. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato and chili paste. Cook 2 more minutes. Drain pasta and add to meat mixture. Cover with cheese and bake for 10 minutes until melted.
