Sautee'd Squash

Ingredients
Pan sautee squash and onion in olive oil. Add soy sauce at the end.
Directions
Peel and slice squash. Slice onion. Put in a skillet with olive oil and chicken broth. Simmer until squash is cooked. Turn up heat and simmer until almost all the liquid is gone. Then add soy sauce, simmer another minute and serve.
