* Scallops, raw, 150 grams * *shallot, 50 grams * Leeks, 50 grams * *Bell Pepper, red, raw, 55 gram(s) * *green bell pepper, raw, 35 gram(s) * Butter, unsalted, 6 grams * *Rice Bran Oil, 1 tbsp * *Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove), 0.5 serving * *Red chilli, 5 gram(s) * Parsley, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook all of the vegetables ( small dice) in the oil add scallops, cook for 2-3 mins and serve with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar
