2 lbs of fresh (can use flash frozen) green beans (snap ends and wash)2 tbs extra virgin olive oil1 dry package of good seasons italian salad dressing mix.2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (can be fresh)
Blanch green beans for 2 minutes, rinse & dry. Place green beans in large bowl. Dribble olive oil over green beans, sprinkle dry package of good seasons italian salad dressing mix, toss until all green beans are covered.
Place ingredients into 9x13 baking dish; cover with aluminum foil and cook 45 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle parmesan cheese and place back into oven until cheese is melted, approximately 5 minutes.
