My Paleo Tandoori

Ingredients
Dry spice mix:3 tsp cumin2.5 tsp cayenne pepper2 tsp ginger2 tsp garlic2 tsp paprika2 tsp ground mustard1.5 tsp fenugreek1.5 tsp black pepper1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp coriander1 tsp turmeric1 tsp salt.5 tsp cardamom.5 tsp cloves.5 tsp mace.5 tsp nutmeg3 bay leavesOPTIONAL:3 tsp mango powder3 tsp dried mint3 tsp beet powder.5 tsp annatto seedFor each tablespoon of dry spice mix, add:1 Tbsp plain full-fat yogurt1 Tbsp coconut oil1 Tbsp white wine vinegar1 Tbsp lemon juiceand use2 pounds stew beef1 pound chicken thighs
Directions
Mix wet and dry spices into marinade. Add chopped meat, cover and let sit in fridge overnight, stirring occasionally.

Preheat oven to 325 F. Place covered dish in oven and cook for 2-3 hours.

Serving suggestion: With yogurt and fresh cilantro.
