Bran & Oats Blueberry Raspberry Muffins (Trillium1204)

3/4 cup Bran Muffin mix1 cup pastry flour1/2 old-fashioned rolled oats1 large egg1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce9 packets Splenda9 packets Splenda French Vanilla3/4 frozen blueberries3/4 frozen raspberries3/4 cups 1% milk
1. Spray 12 cup muffin tin and preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix bran mix, flour and, oats together.
3. Add applesauce, egg and milk. Mix until just blended.
4. Add in blueberries and raspberries and blend.
5. Sprinkle few blueberries, one raspberry and whole oats on top of each muffin.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until tops have lightly browned.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
