One min low carb muffin with egg beaters

Ingredients
Flaxseed, 0.25 cup Olive Oil, 1 tsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 fl oz *Baking Powder, Hain Sodium Free, 1 tsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tspcinnamon, 1 tsp *Sucralose (like Splenda), 1-3 packets to taste
Directions
mix dry ingredients separate from wet. add wet to dry and mix. Add to a glass custard cup that has been sprayed with PAM. Microwave 1 minute.

Note: when using the no sodium baking powder, the muffin needs to be cooked right away.
