Summer Salad

Ingredients
4 cups green bell peppers, chopped4 cups red tomatoes, chopped4 cups cucumbers, peeled and chopped4 cups red/purple onion, chopped1 bottle Kraft Zesty Fat Free Italian Dressing
Directions
Cut peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into bite size pieces. Pour entire bottle of Italian dressing over veggies.

NOTE: Tastes better if you allow enough time for the veggies to marinate in dressing (at least 2 hours).

Makes eight (8) 2-cup servings.
