Steamed Vegetables with Salted cod fish

Ingredients
Soak salted cod fish and cook for 20 minutes to get rid of saltyness. Remove from pot and flake cod fish, removing any skin and bones. Saute fish with onion and garlic in 1 tsp. olive oil. Add shredded cabbage, sliced carrots, pak-choi and any other vegetables you like steamed. Sprinkle with salt and reduce heat to low. Cover and allow to steam for about 15 minutes.
