Chicken in Riesling

2 lbs Chicken Breast4 Tbsp Butter1 Chicken bouillon cube1/2 tsp Black pepper1/2 cup White Onion (sliced thinly)2 cups Button mushrooms1 cup Riesling wine3 Tbsp Heavy cream
Fry the chicken in the butter in a 3 quart skillet or soup pot over medium high heat until it begins to brown slightly.
Add the onion and cook until it becomes clear
Add the remaining ingredients, EXCEPT the cream, cover and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove lid, reduce sauce to half a cup and blend in the cream.
Serve the chicken with the sauce.
