1/2 cup Raisins1/2 cup Chopped Almonds1/2 tsp B. Soda1/2 Tbsp Canola Oil1 tsp Vanilla1/2 cup Boiling Water1/4 cup sugar2 Tbsp Honey1 Egg White, beaten1/2 cup Whey Protein1/2 cup Flour1/2 cup Wheat Bran1/2 tsp B. Powder
Combine raisins, almonds, baking soda, vanilla, and oil. Pour boiling water over mixture and let it cool slightly. add sugar, honey, egg white, protein, flour, bran, and baking powder. Fold together until blended. Do not use mixer. Spoon batter into well-greased muffin tins (or use the paper cupcake cups). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
